                                                                             Registration for all AYSO Soccer Players!

Boys and Girls ages 4 (by 9/12/09) through 18---Don't miss this opportunity to play AYSO soccer!   Please bring a birth certificate for all players who did not play last year! 

                                     Regular Registration Dates:
DATES:    May 29th (6:30pm - 8:00pm), May 30th (10am - 2pm), July 25th (10am - 2pm)

PRICE:      $50.00 each player (no sibling discounts) 

                                    **Final Registration Dates:**
DATE:        August 7th (6:30pm - 8pm), August 8th (10am - 2pm), August 15th (10am-12noon)

PRICE:      $75.00 each player

All registrations will be held at : Young Scholar's Academy Gymnasium
                                                          1501 E. Valencia Rd., Fort Mohave
You may pre-register at www.eayso.org  (You must bring 3 copies to one of the above registration sessions).

**There will be NO registrations after this date until after the season has begun. If your child is not registered by this date, they will be put on a waiting list and placed on a team only as space allows. No additional teams will be formed after this date!
